Nikeisha holds her A.E.C. in Chemical / Biological Bath Processes from College de Maisonneuve, her French Language Certificate from the University de Montreal, Her Post-Graduate Diploma in Education & Training from the Vocation Training and Development Institute in Jamaica, and her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry & Biochemistry from the University of the West Indies.

As a Science Teacher, she taught Grade 7 and prepared students for the South Carolina State exams, and at Hillel Academy in Kingston, she taught Chemistry classes for University and Preparatory Entrance exams. As the Laboratory Technician at College Saint Anne, she assisted high school teachers with lesson plans and facilitation of classroom sessions, while explaining difficult concepts to groups of student students on a one-on-one basis. She also worked as an Animator with Mad Science, where she hosts and presented scientifically themed workshops.

At Reckitt Benckiser, she worked as an Analytical Chemist, and at P.A. Benjamin Manufacturing Company as a Product Development Chemist.

Her specialties include: math (including calculus), science (including organic chemistry, chemistry and physics), biology and microbiology. She is very familiar with the Quebec curriculum.
