Josephine L.

Josephine holds her BS in Physics from McGill University, and took classes in Biochemistry from Concordia University.

Her specialties include: math (all grades), physics, chemistry, biology, and coding at the HS levels. She has tutored group sessions for Advanced Calculus, Organic Chemistry, and topics in Classical Mechanics. She also has a wide variety of experience working with students of all ages. Josephine also works with students needed help with time management, organization, planning, study prep, and more.

Josephine worked as a Climbing Guide at Camp Green Cove in NC for years, where she supervised all groups of campers (ages ranging 7-17) on 5-day excursions. She also worked as an Instructor at Climbing Skill Clinics, Rope Work Clinics, and Camping Clinics. She was the McGill Frosh-week counsellor for ten incoming students.

She also worked as a Research Assistant at Enger Research Lab, Medical Physics Unit at McGill University, during which time she collaborated with software developers, clinicians, and higher-level students.

Her clear explanations, combined with a relaxed demeanour and love of teaching, creates a wonderful learning environment.
