Fares Y.

Fares is a graduate of McGill University’s Faculty of Dentistry, Dean’s Honor List, from where he also graduated from the Faculty of Sciences. He holds his DEC in Health Science from Dawson, during which time he worked as a peer tutor in math + science and received the Mathematics Award.

At McGill, Fares was awarded for as a distinguished student for excellence and high academic standing.. He received the Dr. James E.G. Harrison Scholarship in Dentistry, and the McGill Summer Clinic Outstanding Student Award, for outstanding demonstration of teamwork, empathy, and professionalism. He was a McGill Equity Awards Nominee and received the McGill Community Service Summer Research Scholarship.

He has worked for Book Dumpling Tutors since 2018 as a science, math (Cal I + II; Linear Algebra), statistics, physics, chemistry, and Biology tutor for High School and Cegep.

Fares served as the Class President & Dental Representative at the Medical Dental Student Society, and volunteered at the Welcome Hall Mission in community outreach.
