Mahshid R.

Mahshid is currently completing her BSc in Psychology (Specialization in Behavioral Neuroscience) at Concordia University, where she is writing her undergraduate Honor’s thesis. She has been on the Dean’s List for the past two years.

Her specialties include: math (including calculus I & II), chemistry, physics, General Science and Psychology up until and including CEGEP.

Mahshid ran workshops and tutoring sessions for kids in Uganda, teaching them about math, English, and other subjects. She currently peer tutors students in math (including Calculus) and science, who have trouble grasping concepts at the Univeristy level. She has tutored privately (grades 5 onward) for years.

Mahshid also works as a CSU Student Advocate, and interned in DESAJ lab department of sexology UQAM.

Her ability to relate difficult concepts to real-world examples ensures that her students learn to apply and retain the information taught.
