Colleen C.

Colleen holds a MSc in Chemistry with a specialization in food science and a BSc in food science and nutrition from Carleton University. She is a proficient bilingual tutor with over 8 year of experience tutoring subjects from High School/CEGEP-level biology to primary school French/English.

She graduated with both an IB and CEGEP diploma from College Jean de Brébeuf.

Colleen has an in-depth knowledge of educational systems including the IB program, the Canadian and the Quebecois (English and French systems) of education. She is familiar with the Quebec and Ontario curriculum from Grades 1-12, specifically in both English (writing, comprehension, expression), French as a Second Language, and science and math. She also tutors for the High School Entrance exam in Quebec.

She has worked for the past 3 years as a teaching assistant in Carleton University, where she helps students with first-year engineering and regular chemistry.

Colleen has experience working with a variety of students with learning disabilities such as ADHD and dyslexia.
